The Medical Safe Place Bed
We've optimised the Safe Place Bed for children with complex medical needs.
We've added a zipped port at the top of the bed, and also at the side of the Safe Place Bed to accommodate tube feeding / oxygen / drips / heart monitors - basically anything with a tube or a wire!
We've also added a clear plastic window at the base of the Safe Place Bed, which works better with cameras is just for children with special needs.
It works well for children aged between 3-13 years old with conditions like autism, Angelman syndrome, cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, epilepsy, Smith Magenis syndrome and a wide range of chromosomal conditions.
We send a good electric pump with every Safe Place Bed.

Easy Setup
Simply strap to a mattress which is at least 135cm wide, and inflate. The lightweight design and compact size make the Safe Place 100 easy to transport.
Durable and Secure
Made of durable materials to withstand kicks and movement. The Safe Place 100 also has five straps to secure it to a stationary bed, and a zipper lock for added security if your child needs it.

Wipe clean or machine wash on a delicate cycle at 30C. I've washed the cover of the medical Safe Place Bed (30C delicate cycle) and it washed well. I did NOT tumble dry it. In my opinion the stitching around the plastic window takes a little longer to dry so please check this is dry before you store the Safe Place Bed.
