Checks for your Safe Place Bed and its surroundings
Nothing stays the same so it makes sense to review the setup of your Safe Place Bed to ensure it's still the best it can be. These are the sorts of things to think about:
Your child:
Do they still sit within the age bracket of 3-13 years?
Are they bigger / heavier / stronger than when you first purchased the Safe Place Bed?
Have any medical conditions changed? We don't recommend Safe Place Bed for children who bite, or children who sleep with their legs / torso raised.
The stationary bed:
If you are using the Safe Place Bed on a single bed, you must use a full length bed guard
If you're going away on holiday or visiting family and taking your Safe Place Bed with you, think about how you will set up the Safe Place Bed before you travel.
The Safe Place Bed
On a daily basis - Check all the straps are TIGHT, the mesh is undamaged and the big zips and zipper lock are working.
Give the inflatables a squeeze to check they aren't losing air.
